Step 2: Download GroupWise Mailbox Emails in Outlook

The second step is to download GroupWise Inbox emails. To perform this task, follow the steps below.

1. Open GroupWise, present under Microsoft AD Network.
2. Go to the New Folder (GW Archives) in the inbox.
3. Go to the File option, click on the Open, and select Import
4. From the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file, and click on the Next
5. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click on the Next button.
6. Select file, check the Do not import duplicates option, and click on the Next button.
7. Check the Include Subfolders option, select the Import items into the same folder option and click on the finish.
